Your safety and that of our people is paramount.

Here are the measures that we are preparing to ensure you a carefree holiday, reminding you that they will be constantly updated according to national and regional regulations.

For this reason we apologize from now on if all the services cannot be provided in their ordinary way but it is a small sacrifice necessary to be able to live, all together, the relaxation, the sea and the holidays that we so much desired.

General Measures

All our staff will be equipped with personal protective equipment and have received specific training on anti covid measures.

The air conditioning systems will be checked and cleaned regularly.

At the entrance to the hotel and in the common areas, the mask must be worn.

It will not be possible to accept guests who have a fever on arrival.

Total sanitization of the rooms before check-in through the use of cleaning products, suitable for the different types of material treated. The cleaning material used will be disposable or previously treated for disinfection.

The rooms will always be ventilated before cleaning and sanitizing.

The minibar will be totally emptied and sanitized before the guest check-in.

In some rooms may be removed decorative elements to facilitate cleaning and sanitization.

The access to the room will be guaranteed through the use of electronic key, completely sanitized before delivery.  The key will be kept by the Guest for the entire stay.

Reception and common areas

Frequent sanitization of all the rooms of the Hotel, common areas, seating and all the passageways, depending on the crowding.

At the reception and in the common areas it will be obligatory to maintain the interpersonal distance of at least one meter.

Our Guests will be provided with a 60-85% alcohol concentration of sanitizing gel for hand hygiene in different areas of the hotel.

The use of the mask will be required in the common areas, inside. The material will be made available to Guests who request it (extra cost).

It will be required to send to the Hotel, before arrival, all the information necessary for registration, as well as a copy of the identity document that will be shown on arrival.

Valuables storage by the Reception is suspended.

The use of the lifts will be such as to allow interpersonal distance. This distance may be waived in the case of persons who are part of the same family or who share the room.  In other cases it will always be necessary to use the mask.

We will not be able to provide parking for Guests' cars, who will have to proceed autonomously inside our parking areas.

The call buttons of the elevators will be subject to very frequent sanitization.

Restaurant and Bar:

The tables will be positioned so that Guests can be spaced one meter apart, except for families or people sharing the same room.

The service staff will wear a mask and follow specific procedures for hand sanitization.

Our usual buffet of vegetables and appetizers will be removed and replaced by table service.

All dishes, cutlery and glasses will be washed and disinfected with dishwasher, including items never used when there is the possibility that they have been touched by other guests or staff.

Room service will be provided in closed containers or with a lid. Delivery times may be longer than normal, although we will endeavour to minimise them as far as possible.

The food preparation staff will have been trained in food hygiene, in accordance with current regulations. They will wear masks which will be replaced as often as the manufacturers indicate.

The breakfast buffet will be offered in new ways: breakfast will be à la carte with on-line or at the moment and our staff will take care of the service.

Cancellation Policy

In order to react to the uncertainty caused by the emergency Codiv 19 we have established a special cancellation policy with the possibility to cancel free of charge up to the 6th day before the arrival date upon presentation of a medical certificate, in case of cancellation from five days before arrival the deposit will be retained. 50% of the remaining amount will be retained in case of early departure.
